What Extract Pages does
Extract Pages builds a new PDF containing only the pages you select from an existing document, without uploading the file anywhere.
Extracting is the inverse of deleting, and which one you want depends purely on the ratio. Pulling three pages out of an eighty-page report is extraction. Dropping three pages from an eighty-page report is deletion. Same grid, opposite meaning, and picking the right one saves you seventy-seven taps.
Typical uses: sending one signed page instead of the whole agreement, lifting a single chart out of a long report, separating one person's section from a shared document before sharing it onward.
How to use Extract Pages
Upload the PDF
Drop in your file to see a numbered tile for every page.
Select the pages to keep
Tap the pages you want in the new document. Everything you do not select is left behind.
Extract and download
Click Extract. A new PDF containing only your selected pages downloads immediately.
Extract Pages: details and limits
Extracted pages keep their original order in the new file, regardless of the order you tapped them in.
Pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so quality and selectable text are preserved exactly.
The source document is never modified — extraction always produces a new file.
Extracting a page does not strip content hidden outside its visible area. If a page was cropped, see Crop PDF for what that does and does not remove.
